Mandatory safety gear for 30km participantsTrail-running shoes with dependable grip and clothing that fully covers the arms and legs are mandatory. The 30km route may pass through dense forest vegetation, deep bushes, thorny sections, and uneven natural terrain. This requirement is for participant safety.
