Tent City Terms & Conditions
  • Only 15 tents are proposed, with a maximum shared capacity of 45 guests.
  • ₹1,000 per person covers tent accommodation only. Food, transport and race registration are not included.
  • Each tent may be shared by up to three guests; allocation preferences cannot be guaranteed.
  • Availability is limited and confirmed only through the official GTR booking process.
  • Final campsite, dates, check-in/out timings, facilities and safety arrangements will be communicated before payment.
  • Booking, cancellation and refund rules will be published before reservations open.
  • The organiser may relocate, modify or cancel the campsite for weather, forest, safety, regulatory or operational reasons.
  • Alcohol, prohibited substances, weapons, open flames, smoking, cooking and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
